Eligibility
Applicants for admission to the Master of Divinity Program are generally required to have:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the US, or
  • Proof of an equivalent degree from a foreign university, and
  • A minimum grade point average of 2.5 overall and 3.0 in one’s major
Admission will be based on a total profile including the student’s undergraduate GPA, personal information, letters of recommendation, and an interview. 

Persons who do not currently possess the pre-requisite qualifications for admission or who do not intend to pursue vocational ministry may audit courses.  

Deadlines:
Applications are due by June 1st for fall enrollment and by December 1st for spring and January enrollment.  Summer enrollment deadline is May 1st.
 
Admissions Policy and Procedure
Complete the following and return them to the Admissions Office:
  • Application for admission
  • Personal autobiographical account describing your spiritual pilgrimage, the significant influences on your intellectual and religious development, your relationships and factors that have contributed to your sense of call into ministry and your expectations for your seminary experience
  • A one-time non-refundable application fee of $30.00.

StudentsHave the following sent directly to the Seminary:
  • An official transcript from each institution of higher education that you have attended;
  • A letter of reference from each of the following:
  1. The pastor of your home church,
  2. A church member from your home church,
  3. A professor or supervisor.
