 Dr. Mark Johnson has been the Senior Minister of Central Baptist Church since April 0f 2005. Before that he pastored Midway Baptist Church in Woodford County, Kentucky for 12 years and Finchville Baptist Church in Shelby County, Kentucy for 4 years. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Midway College since 2001 in the fields of Ethics, Old Testament and World Religions. He serves on the Board of the Interfaith Alliance of the Bluegrass and the Coordinating Council of the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship. His degrees are from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and the Lexington Theological Seminary. Dr. Johnson has two teenage sons, Kyle and Neal who live with him in Midway, Kentucky.
