Dr. Redditt recently retired from the Department of Religion, Georgetown College.  He previously served in the Department of Religion and Philosophy at Otterbein College in Ohio.

He has been Visiting Instructor at Makerere University, Uganda and at East Africa Theological Seminary, Kenya. He has taught Old Testament at Lexington Theological Seminary and has authored two Old Testament Commentaries with New Century Bible.

He has published extensively including numerous Old Testament articles for scholarly publications as well as many encyclopedia and dictionary articles.
