2007 BSK graduate publishes book |

 Bert Montgomery, a 2007 graduate of Baptist Seminary of Kentucky, has just published his first book, Elvis, Willie, Jesus & Me:Â The Musings and Mumblings of a Church Misfit, available soon from Smyth & Helwys (www.helwys.com).
Elvis, Willie, Jesus, & Me is a collection of short observations and reflections on life, society, faith, and church, with a rock-and-roll attitude. These reflections and observations cover everything from pain to politics, from cursing to prayer and family board games. Oh, and a whole lot about God, love, Jesus, and grace.
Bert served as pastor of Campbellsburg Baptist Church in Campbellsburg, Kentucky while completing his studies at Baptist Seminary of Kentucky. In August of this year he accepted the pastorate at University Baptist Church in Starkville, Mississippi. The church is a young CBF congregation located on the campus of Mississippi State University. Â
Bert Montgomery and his wife, Jency, have two sons, Rob and Daniel.
