Tuition is $325 per credit hour for the 2008-2009 academic year.  Tuition charged for a semester is due the first day of class unless prior arrangements have been made.  Several payment options are available and may be arranged through the Seminary office.  Students may also apply for financial aid.

Audit fees are $50 per hour of classroom instruction.  For example, if a class meets three hours each week, the audit fee is $150.

Payments will be accepted in cash or by check.  The office is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Refunds are provided for tuition and fees if the student drops courses by the published deadline.  There are no refunds for withdrawal from courses.

Financial Responsibilities

Students are expected to meet tuition obligations when they are due.  Communication with the Seminary office is essential when there is a problem in paying bills.

Students will not be allowed to register for their next term of study, have grades recorded for completed courses, have transcripts or other information released, or graduate when money is owed to the Seminary.

Financial Assistance

The Seminary provides scholarship and/or financial aid to many of the students enrolled.  Scholarship information is available through the Seminary office.  Students seeking financial aid  must complete and sign the FINANCIAL AID application to be eligible for financial assistance.

Because the primary responsibility of the Seminary is to provide an appropriate educational and formation experience for those students preparing for ministry, financial assistance is generally limited to those students seeking degrees.  When possible, financial aid may be made available to non-degree seeking students.

Financial assistance is available for no more than the number of hours in the degree program.  Tuition for courses repeated or taken over the required number of hours is the responsibility of the student.  Courses from which a student withdraws are counted toward the number of hours of financial aid.  Therefore, withdrawal from a course results in the student having to pay tuition for the hours that will eventually be taken to complete the requirements.

Financial assistance is not available to students on probation.
