Jarrod is excited about beginning his studies at BSK and states:

“I am deeply honored to receive Baptist Seminary of Kentucky’s first-ever Scholar’s Award.  BSK is a wonderfully intimate community of ministers-in-training, reminiscent of the first universities where small groups of faithful students gathered around their committed teachers.  Our faculty - professors of the highest caliber - offer years of experience, knowledge, and wisdom in efforts to shape us into scholars of integrity and the finest Baptist ministers that we can be – the type that God calls us to be.  I am deeply appreciative of the opportunity I have been given to be shaped in this godly place.”
